The Human Resources department was challenged with manually compiling nation-wide dealer data which took up to 30 days and several man hours to compile and consolidate leaving very little time to focus on key strategies.
A secure, easy to use, robust web-based app which could be easily accessed by intended audience. The workflow had to include a gamut of reports and dashboards covering people and processes across dealers, at a central place.
The solution had to cater to the entire ecosystem including the HR department and the network team at the dealer end.
The solution had to track:
processes like interviews during recruitment, employee engagement, leave data, training, productivity and more.
dealer employee data analysis for remedial action.
The solution could not be part of the organizational portal.
The solution provided was secure, with rules-based permission to individuals outside employee base,
accessible by nationwide dealers, all reports were visible at any point in time and could be easily consolidated. Reports and dashboards could be easily ported to pdf and excel making sharing and comparison easy. QiWorks also provided the client with easy user adoption of this web-based app by creating short, self-explanatory, visual user guides for dealers and administrators which resulted in the entire ecosystem adopting the solution within a short span of 2 weeks.
